The next picture of many roasted pork fillets is from the so famous restaurant “Ramen Daisensou ラーメン大戦争” in Japan that many people need to wait in long line. It looks very simple but the noodles are chewy and the soup is delicious! For the first bite you can find out the aroma of the roasted wheat from the noodle and you can taste the rich clam broth in the soup.

It has been popular these days to put some fresh onions for the topping. The fresh onions give you some crispy texture in the rich ramen.
