Mouko tanmen Nakamoto is very famous for extremely spicy ramen and the instant ramen of the spicy Nakamoto is sold at the convenience stores in Japan.
Today I’m going to share how to cook the instant ramen of Mouko tanmen Nakamoto.
Types of Ramen
There are several types of Ramen in Japan, it’s not only the flavors like soy sauce or miso but also ramen without soup called Mazesoba まぜそば, dipping type of Ramen called Tsukemen つけめん and more.
Ramen without soup called Mazesoba まぜそば
It’s an instant ramen type of without soup I share today. Usually the noodles are in the soup and some toppings are on it. The type of ramen without soup is offered some toppings on the boiled noodles on one bowl. The toppings are usually chopped green onions, leeks, grilled pork, seaweed and egg. And the noodles are seasoned strongly in advance so then you mix the noodles and toppings when you eat. Delicious!!
Mouko tanmen Nakamoto without soup
As you can see the picture below, this item stans out on the shelf at the convenience store because of the man printed on the wrapping. He is a owner of the Nakamoto ramen restaurants and appears so many times on TV show.
This ramen tastes spicy miso and seafood without soup. It consists some cabbages, carrots, grilled minced pork, wood ear mushrooms and the special powder of shrimp and fish.
How to cook the instant noodle
You can see the written descriptions on the lid after taking off the wrapping.
First open the lid to the 2 mark. Make sure not to open it all. Then remove the two bags from the container.
Pour 700 ml boiled water and close the lid. Put the black sauce bag on the lid to warm it up.
After five minutes, take off the corner lid marked 3.
Then drain the hot water.
Put the sauce warmed up and mix them.
Sprinkle the special powder on the noodle.
I added some vegetables and put a boiled egg.
It’s ready to eat!
Summary
It tastes spicy of course but it’s not too much for me and smells delicious shrimp and fish. It’s very tasty.
