I would like to share a Chicken Ramen today. It is a traditional instant ramen and was released in 1958, in other words it was released in 63 years ago and almost every Japanese people know it and have had it ever. Did you see it before somewhere else?

A Chicken Ramen

A Chicken Ramen have been loving in Japan for a long time since it was released here. I share why it is so familiar in Japan.

It’s delicious

Of course it’s so yummy. It tastes salty but mild, and the noodle is wrinkle an curly. I wanna say it’s unsophisticated and rough in a good meaning. There are a lot of the instant noodle that tastes spicy, specific and high-end but the chicken ramen is not, absolutely not in a perfect meaning. When I eat it, I remember my hometown and I guess many Japanese people feel that too. My father cooked me put some butter and some sesame oil in it, it was soooo good.

It’s easy to cook

You need boil the noodle in the pan when you usually cook the instant noodle. However you do not need to do that for the chicken ramen. You just pour some boiled water on them as I share you later on this blog. I wanna say it’s truly easy to cook it!

It keeps for a long time

The noodle is cooked that fry over high heat for the short time, that’s why you can preserve it for a longtime. It’s very important that you can cook anytime you want unless the noodle is in the expiration date.

It’s a good price

There are many expensive instant noodle here for example 400 yen or 500 yen par one noodle. It is an almost similar price to the noodle you eat in the ramen restaurant. Do you want to pay that money for the instant ramen, it’s delicious though as you know.
The chicken ramen is yummy but is not expensive, you can buy it even if you were a poor student.

It’s safe and hygienic

The chicken ramen does not contain an artificial colorant or a synthetic preservative because it is dried by the oil heat. That is why it’s safe.

My lunch

OK. I cooked the chicken ramen today for my lunch of my husband. I would like to share how you cook it here. It’s truly easy to cook it.
You open it and out it on the cup.

You can find the hollow in the ramen it’s called ” a egg’s pocket”.
You crack an egg on the egg’s pocket. It can catch the egg very well thanks for the hollow.

Then you pour some boiled water on it. I added some boiled vegetables too today.

And you put a lid on the cup and you wait a few minutes.

It’s ready for lunch!!
