Japanese chicken wings 手羽先
Chicken wings are reasonable at the Japanese supermarket so that many Japanese people cook them at home. However, it’s difficult to cook it like a restaurant one as you know. It tastes unique sauce and the sesame on top is quite the character! It’s Furaibou chickem wings!
Furaibou 風来坊
There are several restaurants in and around Nagoya in Japan. Japanese chicken wings are called Tebasaki てばさき in Japanese and it’s a famous food in Nagoya. Of course, there are some locations in Tokyo and Osaka. Surprisingly, it’s one location in US!!
The chicken wings from Furaibou are lightly deep-fried twice so the juice of the chicken keep staying inside. After frying, paste the secret sauce properly and thoroughly on the chicken wings. Add salt and pepper, then put sesame for the last. The secret sauce tastes like soy sauce and savory. It’s so delicious as you could keep eating it forever!
