The Ease Lunch of Skillet

Do you like BBQ? Recently it’s kind of difficult to go out for dinner with friends because of COVID-19 so that BBQ has been growing in popularity in Japan. I often use the skillet for BBQ to bake some beef and simmer some vegetables in garlic oil like ajillo.

However it’s a waste if you use the skillet for just only BBQ! You can you it for every meal. I cooked lunch with the skillet today. I would like to share today’s lunch!

First you prepare some ingredients. You cut some green pepper, mushroom and onion. I prepare some minced pork also.

Next you grill them with some oil and you season something as you like. I choose the flaxseed oil with some spices which is a little bit spicy and taste good.

For the last you stir some steamed rice in it. And you crack an egg on them. It’s ready for lunch!! Doesn’t look delicious?

It’s very easy to cook and so yummy! I want you to try cook it!
