Summer is around the corner in Japan. Talking about summer, why don’t you try some Japanese ice cream? There are so many kinds of ice cream in each country, and they have own characters. I share some Japanese taste ice creams from Chateraise where is a sweets shop in Japan.
Chateraise
Chateraise is a Japanese sweets company that sells cake, ice cream, cookies, jello, more and more. Some of chateraise shops cook some pies and cookies at the shop so you can buy freshly cooked them. It’s so delicious!! These days an ice cream called ChocoBacky has been famous in Japan because it’s not expensive and the texture is unique that is hard cranky. But I share here a different ice cream here which is Hokkaido taste.
Hokkaido
Japan is in the north of Japan and the biggest prefecture in Japan. It’s a lot of snow in winter and it’s relatively cool in summer. There are so many delicious foods, especially, it’s well known for daily products, sushi, ramen and cantaloupe.
Hokkaido cantaloupe soft ice cream
Have you ever had a Hokkaido cantaloupe? It’s very juicy and soft compared to honeydew. The Hokkaido cantaloupe ice cream from Chateraise is using Hokkaido cantaloupe and Hokkaido fresh cream. You can taste the rich and melty milk cream. It is as if you are eating Hokkaido cantaloupe when you eat it.
Hokkaido butter soft ice cream
Have you ever had a butter soft Ice cream? Hokkaido butter ice cream is just like a butter caramel! It’s very rich and smooth, smells like a full-bodied milk. Furthermore, the ice cream corn is thick and crunchy, tastes very sweet!
Also, it’s easy to open and hold the ice cream when you eat it.
