Crispy rice cracker

There are many kinds of rice crackers. Rice cracker is about Osenbei in Japanese. It is the rice cracker that is palm size , thin and circle you can imagine. But rice cracker is not only Osenbei but also Okaki. Usually Osenbei is grilled but most of Okaki is deep fried and bite-size. Both are made from namely rice.

Summary

I shared the snack from Sanko-seika. Sanko-seika sells many fascinating salty snacks and the snacks are very Japanese-ish. They are like rice crackers and the packages are cute. Of course they are individually wrapped. They are good for souvenirs too!
