I’ve shared you many times about Ramen here so I cook many kinds of Ramen at home like a cup ramen, an instant ramen and I wanna share you a fresh ramen today.
There are so many kinds of ramen that you can cook easily at home. I cook that kind of ramen for lunch because it’s easy to cook and you can take a lot of vegetables.
A fresh noodle is the most expensive ramen compare to the other ramen that you can cook at home simply.

Today I am going to introduce Sapporo Jyunren Miso さっぽろ純連 みそ.

You can buy it at the supermarket and there are so many kinds of fresh ramen there. I bought Jyunren today because the ramen restaurant of Jyunren is extremely delicious that tastes rich miso and the noodle is covered with the rich oil soup! Can you imagine it? That is yummy and that is a Sapporo ramen!!

It contains two packed raw ramens and two soup bases that you can cook ramen two times.

First you boil the raw noodle for two minutes and half. After boiling, you drain the noodle very well.

While cooking noddle, you cut some vegetables to top on the ramen. I selected some cabbage, carrot, onion, Mizuna and shimeji a type of mushroom.

And heat a little sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry them until it gets yummy color! I added some chicken too.

The soup base is boiled with 270cc water.

At last you put the boiled noodle in the soup and top the cooked vegetables and egg on the noddle. That’s all! It’s easy to cook like as an instant noodle.

It tastes fatty miso ramen and the noodle is a little bit hard, it’s like a ramen restaurant! It’s difficult to go Jyunren restaurant in Sapporo to eat ramen but you can taste it at home thanks to that raw ramen!
The fresh noodle is so delicious, I added vegetables too much though like the picture…
