崎陽軒

The most famous product by Kiyoken is the Chinese steamed dumplings called “Siumai しうまい”. A small dough mixed with minced pork and scallop broth, and half covered by skin which is made from flour. And then it’s steamed.

Today I share the steamed dumplings for souvenir.

They are vacuumed pack in the box and you can carry it at room temperature.

Usually you can enjoy a steamed dumplings after steamed in the streamer or heating up in the microwave. When you heat them up in the microwave, add just a little bit water on them so they will be soft and juicy.

At this time, I fried them up with plenty oil. They were crunchy and juicy!!

There is a handy and delicious seasoning called Karashi in Japanese. It’s a kind of mastered but it’s much spicier than other country’s mustered. It’s made from Japanese mustered seeds.

Be careful not to put it too much, otherwise you will not eat it because it will be so much spicy!!
