Miyazaki prefecture

You may know it that Japan consists of the four main islands that Hokkaidoほっかいどう, Honsyuuほんしゅう, Shikokuしこく, and Kyusyuきゅうしゅう. We absolutely have the beautiful islands more and more like Okinawa.
I’m going to share you Miyazaki prefecture in Kyusyu today.

Kyusyu is in south of Japan, it’s a temperate climate and it has a lot of beautiful spot for sightseeing. Of course you can eat so many delicious foods there, Miyazaki is famous for chicken called Miyazaki jidori宮崎地鶏.

The chicken is cooked for many types like BBQ, fried chicken, sometimes raw. The most famous menu is BBQ seasoned with just salt like the picture. It’s tough chewy but you can tastes the flavour of the raw ingredients and can change taste with some seasoning like lemon and a Yuzu citrus pepper柚子胡椒. You must eat a lot of steamed rice with the chicken, of course some alcohol too.

A chicken nanbanチキン南蛮 is first appeared in Miyazaki prefecture. First I’m gonna share you about the chicken nanban. It’s a deep fried chicken with some tartar sauce made from mayonnaise, pickles and some onion so on. It’s now well known by every Japanese people but it’s a local meal originally in Miyazaki.

Miyazaki has a lot of beautiful seashores and it’s good for surfing like resort island.

The hotel breakfast was a rice ball topped with seafood skipjack tuna. You can eat good seafood in Miyazaki too. I love miso soup in the morning, it’s a different flavor according to a person who cook it.

Anyway a chicken is the cheapest in the Japanese supermarket compere to beef and pork. How is your country? I’ve heard the the wine is cheaper than water in Italy. Recently the flour and gasoline is very expensive in Japan, I guess it’s same around the world.
I would like to know the real things around the world that’s why I have been describing the real thing in Japan.
