About 50 Ramen restaurants assembled
Different 10 ramen restaurants stand each weekends. There are five weekends in December so that about 50 ramen restaurants in total will gather in Ramen EXPO 2023.
You need to buy a ticket for one ramen at the entrance and one ticket is 950 yen.
All ramens are in a plastic bowl and a soup spoon is also made from plastic. The chopsticks are made from wood. Then you can throw them out after eating ramen. It might be a hard work to wash them all after eating but it’s not good for the environment. Incidentally many Japanese products are packed with a plastic such as meat, vegetables even clothes. Japanese people including me should consider about environment more.
Anyway the ramen tastes so much good. It’s even better on a cold day like these days. The ramen of picture next is from KOZOU. The soup spoon can stand up on the ramen because the soup is extremely rich. It’s like almost savory stew with noodle. You may feel like putting rice in it after eating noodle.
The next ramen was the most. It’s from PEACE and tastes soy sauce and Yuzu which is a type of citrus fruits. The noodle is straight and thin but it’s chewy! It’s really refreshing and light smells very good from Yuzu.
There is a cute mark at the bottom of the bowl. But it’s difficult to find it because you need to drink all soup!
The ramen restaurants come from all over Japan such as Hokkaido where is north of Japan or Kyusyu where is south of Japan. People make a line to buy each ramen what they want to eat.
