I had been waiting for the bread that it’s like a japanese well-known ice cream ” Yukimi Daifuku”, and I could buy it today at the convenience store Familymart.
I wanna share you “Yukimi Daifuku” for the first. I love it! It’s an ice cream that vanilla ice cream wrapped with the Gyuhi it’s like a rice cake and it tastes soft and sweet.
Yukimi means to take a long look at the snow from the window. Daifuku is a rice cake stuffed with cream, fruit, sweet beans and so on.
A new bread was released 28th September in Japan it’s ” A Bread like a Yukimi Daifuku”.
It tastes certainly bread but you can find the race cake and cream in it and it’s like a ice cream!! Mmmmm it was so yummy! It was not cold, it’s just a bread, but it’s luscious, fluffy and silky!!
Anyway do you eat an ice cream in winter in your country?
My hometown is in the north of japan so that it’s very cold in winter and lot’s of snow. However many people eat ice cream in the warm house. It is a good memory for me, I eat an ice cream hiding from my kids now!
We have many kind of bread and ice cream here. I’d like you to try them someday!
