Red Bean & Molasses Parfait by Familymart

Today I am going to share you about a convenience store’s sweet! The confections of Japanese convenience store are very high quality and not so expensive compare to the sweets of a sweets shop. There are so many convenience stores so that you can buy the high quality sweets easily, you don’t need to visit a sweets shop.

I like any confections but I love Japanese tastes it for example rice crackers, rice cakes, something sweets of matcha taste which is a powdered green tea, red been taste and more. I’m going to share you “Red Bean & Molasses Parfait” by Familymart.

You can get a plastic spoon and a hand wet tissue when you buy something to eat at the convenience store so you can eat it outside.
So much whip cream mousse on the sponge cake and the mousse whip tastes sweet molasses but it’s very light and not so much high calorie because this confection contains light cream for the most part. As you can see, the mousse cream covered with roasted soybean flour and two soft rice cakes on it of course the red bean paste is very good for them.

The sponge cake bottom of the cup takes up the molasses so the sponge will be dampish and soft more and more. The race cakes are absolutely soft and sticky, tastes a little bit sweet but not too much. All of them tastes so much Japan!!
I’ve heard that many foreign people does not like red bean jam so much. Is it true? I love it and it’s good for your health because it’s bean. I put the red bean paste on a toasted bread and it’s good for ice cream too.
