Sushi Party

Do you have a party at home? What do you prepare for the party? What do you bring to the party?
In japan we have many kind of party for example BBQ, Yakiniku, a Mongolian mutton BBQ, a hot pot party and of course we like a pizza party!
We have a sushi party today!! It was soooo delicious and beautiful! Do you like sushi? I’ve heard there are a large variety of sushi in the world. How the characteristic of sushi in your country do you have?

This is an ordinary sushi here. How do you feel about this sushi? I guess many Japanese people love this kind of sushi! Looks so good. You can buy them at the supermarket, you don’t need to go a sushi restaurant to take them out.

I spent a lot of money having the delicious sushi. especially for the fatty tuna! Have you eat a fatty tuna sushi? It’s greasy but plain. When you eat it , I guess you feel like it’s getting melt in your mouth because of the fat but the fat is not so oily and it’s smoothly. That’s why you can eat a lot!

I also like medium fatty tuna. Ok.. I realize that Japanese love tuna…! Do you often have the raw tuna in your country? We eat many parts of tuna.

Looks delicious isn’t it? We also toast the surface of tuna lightly, it tastes like a beef! Also we put some cheese on the tuna and toast it a bit. We call it “ABURI”.

I guess many people have had a salmon sushi and I love it too. We also eat it putting on some onions and mayonnaise. Of course we eat Aburi salmon and Aburi cheese salmon! The salmon can transform a lot.

Have you eat ”GUNKAN MAKI”? It’s also called the battle ship sushi. Sound’s like a little bit scare. The sushi is made by wrapping dried seaweed around vinegared rice with some toppings like sea urchin or salmon roe. You can put natto on it too. You can see the cucumber on the sushi that I bought today, the texture was crunchy and it’s good for a soft sushi topping.

I guess that sushi of shrimp or scallop is familiar around the world. How do you think it? Have you had them before? It tastes appetizing and sweet. You eat a boiled shrimp sushi too.

Anyway do you like Wasabi? It’s a Japanese horseradish. We put some wasabi and soy sauce on sushi usually. How do you eat sushi?

I would like to know the sushi around the world and eat them!
