Sui Gin Soda
Suntory sells Sui Gin. It’s a liquer and tastes very refrshing. It’s made from three Japanese ingredients that is a citrus fruits called Yuzu, green tea and ginger. Yuzu makes the gin resfresh, green tea and ginger make it dry.
We drink Sui Gin with soda and ice.
Suntory has changed the image of Gin. Gin was known for a liquer to cook a cocktail. But now it’s well known for a drink having fun time casually at your home or Izakaya where is a Japanese style pub.

Yuzu is one of the Japanese citrus fruits and used for one ingredients in Sui Gin. Sui Gin soda with citrus juice make stronger the Yuzu flavor. It’s much more refreshing and easier to drink in the hot summer. It’s very humid and hot in Japanese summer. There are a lot of buildings and concrete streets, it’s namely a concrete jungle here. So Sui GIn Soda with citrus juice is the best to drink in a hard summer time!
It’s beautiful to pour it in a ice cold glass with a big amount of ice!! Let’s enjoy it with a Japanese fried chicken!!
