As you know I like Ramen, I also cooked the instant salt ramen today for lunch. You can eat a lot of vegetables with the ramen and it doesn’t take so much time to have lunch. We are busy at the lunch time on weekdays. Therefor the instant ramen is delicious.

Today I am going to share how to cook the instant ramen.
You cut some vegetables and stir fry them in a fry pan in salt an pepper. I choose some onions, carrots, and pork today as many people have in the refrigerator.
Next you boil some water and put the noodle in it for 2~3minutes. You prepare soup that put some attached soup base in the cup and you pour some hot water in it. You take the boiled noodle in the soup and you decorate the cooked vegetables. It’s ready for lunch!!

Today I picked up the Otaru Ramen. As I shared before, there are various tastes of ramen by region. Otaru is in the north of Japan and it’s famous for salt ramen and sushi! In addition there is the beautiful canal. You can experience to make the fascinating glass work there!
