A founder of DUSKIN has formed a business partnership with Mister Donuts of America in 1970 and the first store opened in Osaka in 1971. There are so many mister donut shops throughout Japan now.

Motchurin
Motchurin is a new donut from mister Donut Japan. The most feature point is its texture. It’s extremely chewy like a rice cake but it’s not stringy like a rice cake. The texture you won’t find out until you actually try it! But it is absolutely amazing taste!
Brown sugar and Warabi mochi flavor
One of the Motchurin is brown sugar and Warabi mochi flavor. Warabi mochi is a traditional Japanese dessert made from bracken starch, it has a jelly-like texture. It is usually served in chilled and the texture is also like a custard pudding. It has a beautiful translucent appearance.
Its Motchurin is coated with brown sugar and Warabi Mochi fillings in and on it.
The dough of Motchurin is chewy and the Warabi mochi filling is jiggly and bouncy texture! Can you imagine it? It’s totally innovative!
Other flavors
Motchurin has four flavors. One of it is brown sugar and Warabi mochi flavor.
One of them is Mitarashi flavor. Mitarashi is a sweet soy-based glaze. It’s not only sweet but also savory.
And one of them is Kinako flavor. Kinako is roasted soybean flour, it’s a nutty and slightly sweet flavor.
The last one is Anko flavor. Anko is sweet red bean paste. It’s so much sweet.
