Warabi Mochi is made from bracken starch, sugar and water. It has a soft, creamy and jelly- like texture. It is usually coated with roasted soybean flour called “Kinako” and sometimes brown sugar syrup on top. It’s a popular summer treat in Japan due to its refreshing and light texture.

Seven eleven launched a Matcha flavor Warabi mochi. The Warabi mochi is coated matcha powder. Its most feature point is the texture. It’s unbelievably soft!
It’s difficult to hold easily due to its jiggly texture! The outside skin is soft Warabi mochi, and fluffy whipped cream and matcha cream in it. Furthermore, the center filled with brown sugar syrup.
