Anko あんこ
Anko is sweet red bean paste that is often used in traditional Japanese sweets such as Mochi or Oshiruko お汁粉. The red bean is called Azuki in Japanese and most of all Azuki is harvested in Hokkaido. Hokkaido is located in north of Japan and there are huge, beautiful natures.
