Wagyu was originally Japanese beef. Japanese people have been loved well-marbled beef, on the contrary, other country’s people prefer red meat. However, marbled beef started to be loved in overseas since several years ago because the Japanese food boom is spreading around the world. Sushi is a prime example of it.
Wagyu is a type of Japanese beef, it’s so much tender, great-marbled beef and finest quality. The moment it enters your mouth, the tasty fat spreads and melts beautifully. Wagyu is sold in overseas but it’s different to the well-marbled Japanese wagyu. Most of wagyu that sells in other counties are Australian. They are not Japanese locally produced. Australian Wagyu is much more red beef than Japanese Wagyu.

Wasabi is a kind of Japanese condiments that tastes sharp and pungent that hits your nose but fades very quickly. It is eaten with sushi or sashimi.

Japanese wagyu is reliable and safe beef so that it’s usually served rare. If it’s cooked much, it gets hard to bite. The juicy fat of wagyu goes well with hot rice. It’s amazing.
