Ramen Expo

Ramen Expo is held every year for 17 days in December in Osaka where you can eat many kinds of ramen, Japanese fried chickens, gyoza and sweets! The ramen shops are shifted every week! The shops are lined up outside like food stands, and eat it outside while standing by a table. Outside is cold but the ramen is so hot so that it’s so fun and delicious!

Miso flavor

Japanese foods are often used soy sauce and miso. Miso soup is famous. Miso is one of the traditional Japanese ingredients and it’s made of fermenting rice or soybeans seasoning with salt. Miso is also used for ramen.
Miso ramen is popular in north of Japan like Sapporo, Hokkaido. Miso ramen is usually rich and thick. Some corns and butter are on top of miso ramen. Miso ramen is the best to eat in cold outside!

Delicacy of ramen

There are some not normal ramens these days. I share French taste ramen here. It’s used rich truffle, and the soup is creamy. Salmon, fresh vegetable and baked baguet are on top. The noodles cling well to the soup when you have them by the chopsticks.
