Osaka’s Expo ’70 has held for 183 days and 76 countiries particiated in it. Total atendance is surprisingly 64,218,770. Then,The tower of the Sun was constructed as part of the Theme Pavilion in the Symbol Zone of the 1970 Japan World Exposition in Osaka – along with the Tower of the Mother, the Tower of Youth, and the Big Roof. (The Big Roof, designed by the architect Kenzo Tange, had a length of 292 m (north-south), a width of 108 m (east-west), and a height of approx. 40 m.)

The Tower of the Sun
The Tower of the Sun is a famous sightseeing spot in Osaka. It’s located near Osaka international airport. It takes 18 minutes by monorail from Osaka international airport to Banpaku Kinen koen station. You can enjoy shopping, foods, and sightseeing there.
In addition it’s a beautiful fall leaves season now!!
There are many kinds of and many trees there that are colored red, yellow and brown. It’s so beautiful. Of course big green lawns are separated around the colored trees. It’s amazing.
The Tower of the Sun is standing in the beautiful fall trees. An artificial tower exists in the beautiful nature. It’s mysterious but worh visiting.

Banoku kinen koen ,where is a sightseeing spot for the Tower of the Sun, is also a huge park. Many interesting events are held there depends on the season such as flower festivals, ramen Expo, fireworks festival and more and more.
