Rokkatei 六花亭
Rokkatei is one of the sweets companies from Hokkaido. It sells several kinds of sweet confectioneries and there are some Rokkatei cafes in Hokkaido. The butter sand is the most famous sweets which is the raison butter is putted between two pieces of butter cookies. As you know it tastes very butter and the butter cookies are soft, the raison butter is cool. The two different texture gives you a mysterious sense and it’s delicious!
