It started making miso and soy sauce and the brewing technology helped to launch a business in a beer field. From Ise to the world. It’s a password on ISEKADO.
Local craft beer from ISEKADO
ISEKADO makes many kinds of craft beers such as IPA, Hazy IPA, PALEALE, white beer, pilsner and seasonal limited beers. There are canned beers and bottled beers.
I share one of a can of beer from ISEKADO here.
It’s a Japanese pilsner and collaborated with AEON group. It cooks like classical beer but very Japanese-ish. It tastes fruity but a little bitter and goes well with light fish like sashimi. It’s just right in summer!!
Summary
Why don’t you try a Japanese beer not only major beers but also local craft beers! You might find the differences between Japanese taste and your country’s taste. And a package of Japanese beer is very cute!
