Think on the earth scale, to the Future
I share a Jiro Ramen restaurant “Think on the earth scale, to the Future”. here
It’s in Osaka. There is thick two grilled pork on top. It looks like too greasy but the boiled bean sprouts give you ravenous appetite! You cannot see the noodles because of the too many vegetables and the grilled pork. Unbelievably, the picture of ramen is small size.
The most feature of Jiro Ramen is the noodle. The aroma of flour is very strong and it’s chewy. The greasy soup clings well to the unique noodle. It’s kind of oily but you can eat all of them! It’s very delicious!!!
